Description: As a Mover Driver/ Crew Leader, a Crew Leader manages and assists the moving crew in: moving, packing, wrapping, inventory and transport of household goods for residential & commercial customers. Represents the company in a professional manner while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a clean Class “C” Driver’s License
• Experience a plus, Priority provides paid training programs to ensure your success.
• Fluent in English
• Communications skills and positive attitude
• Capable of lifting 70+ lbs
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• No driver’s license required
• Dependable transportation to-and-from work
• Applicants that submit a copy of their DMV driver’s license report with their application will be given priority.

Duties:

• Display strong leadership and organizational skills
• The ability to successfully multi-task
• Follows schedules, work and shipping orders
• Manage and execute the loading, transportation and delivery of household goods and commercial equipment in accordance with an established standards and procedures
• Implement and successfully manage moving schedules
• Adheres to all company policies and safety rules and standards
• Operates in a professional manner
• Performs work and duties within specifications of the estimated man hours
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company and delivering service to customers
• Display professional conduct, courtesy and manners when entering and performing work in customer’s home or business
• Respectful of customer’s property and personal space
